COLTIVAZIONE DEL KAKI "TIPO" IN CAMPANIA
Per rilanciare in Italia la coltivazione del kaki , ancora ritenuto un "frutto minore" nonostante il trend positivo del mercato negli ultimi anni, occorre lavorare molto sul rinnovo varietale e sull'introduzione di tecniche di coltivazione innovative, gestione della chioma e del suolo, nutrizione delle piante, metodi di raccolta e difesa fitosanitaria, che consentano di incrementare le rese e abbattere i costi di produzione. Occorre, inoltre, approfondire il know how sulle tecniche di gestione del prodotto in post-raccolta.

To revitalize the kaki's cultivation in Italy, considered in our Country still a "minor fruit" despite positive trend of the market in recent years, it needs to work a lot of about renewal of the varieties and about the introduction of innovative techniques like pruning, management of soil, nutrition and pest, harvesting methods, which could allow an increase in yields production and reduce production costs. It should also deepen the know-how on the techniques of product management in post-harvest.
